We had a great trip to Pennsylvania. We did not get to visit as many historic places as we wanted to on our visit, but we did get to visit with a lot of family. On the last day of our trip, we got to go to Washington, D.C. The history there made up for not being able to visit historic landmarks in Pennsylvania like we wanted to.
We got there around noon and found out that all of the tickets to see the Washington Monument were gone sometime between nine o'clock and eleven o'clock in the morning. Perhaps we will be able to see it next time we visit.
All of the monuments are beautiful, as are the buildings surrounding the National Mall.
Since we've been back, life has been busy. I have been taking another class and working over fourty hours per week whenever possible. Also, Baby is a little over nine months old and is now crawling.
