Exploring Europe!

Since my last blog post, I moved to Europe.

I have written about some of the places we have seen on my Kindle Vella series, "Exploring Europe"

AND...

My YouTube Channel, Troyer's Travels (www.youtube.com/troyerstravels), has video from these adventures. I have been making episodes about individual locations we visit while my wife makes videos on topics (i.e. American Playgrounds vs. German Playgrounds) and coving events like our EPIC EUROPEAN ROADTRIP. That roadtrip (days 1-18 is also available through Kunaki! https://kunaki.com/Sales.asp?PID=PX00ZYE8I8&PP=1)

When you get a chance please check out our adventures and let us know your favorites.

Have a great day!

June 29, 2014 - A year already?

As I look back at my blog, it is hard to believe that it has already been over a year since my last post. It is amazing how fast time goes by.

Since then, I have started posting on Youtube (www.youtube.com/user/davidhtroyer), Instagram, and a few other social media networks. My handle is @davidhtroyer on most forms of social media. Also, I have a few new books on Amazon (www.amazon.com/author/davidhtroyer).

I also have some new sermons on the Make It Clear Ministries Radio page as well (www.makeitclearnow.org/radio.html) Please check them out if you have an opportunity.

I have several topics I've been meaning to place in my blog, so hopefully I will have an opportunity to do so soon.

02 JULY 2012 - Happy Fourth of July!

The Fourth of July is only a few days away. I hope that everyone has a great time!

I'd Choose a Fish is now in its second edition! It has updated information and an improved format!
You can order this book, or download it for free at http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/davidhtroyer

I am currently checking into other publishing options which would allow me to sell my books for a lower price. Please check back for updates!

Please like my Facebook page at www.facebook.com/davidhtroyer I currently have 146 likes, but would love to see that number grow.

Also, Dianna and I have been working on a book together. We have around 30,000 words so far! Sadly, we have a long way to go, but this book is a lot of fun and I hope that you will enjoy reading it when it is finished.

As always, I am still writing poems. I may put some of them into another poetry book, but I will have to wait until I have enough of them.

Please continue to check back and to tell your friends about my books.

15 January 2012 - My first 4-day weekend

Today is a good day. I finished the first chapter in the book that my wife and I are writing together. I am still in Army AIT (Advanced Individual Training) far away from her, but at least we can talk on the phone, email, and skype. In Basic Training, we had none of those luxuries.

I hope to continue to work on this book in between classes, communicating with family and friends, and spending time with my friends here at AIT.

I'll keep you informed to the progress of this book as well as the poetry book which I plan on publishing soon. It will have some of my favorite poems in it.

Please check out my website whenever you get a chance www.davidhtroyer.com
and please remember to like my author page on Facebook.

November 30, 2010 - Christmas Pictures

Today my family went to the beach to take our Christmas pictures. Our little one loved it. We hope that everyone likes our pictures this year... they certainly took a lot of preparation... but it was worth it.

I have lost some weight recently. I now weigh about what I did when my wife and I were married. It feels good. I have been eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and I have been jogging. That seems to help a lot. On Thanksgiving, I participated in my first 5k run. The Turkey Trot in Clearwater, FL. I am hoping to participate in other events like that in the future. By next year, I want to be able to run the 10k.

I am still going to donate 50% of any royalty check which I receive in 2010 to Ronald McDonald House Charities in Tampa, and I have about one month to decide which charity to donate to for 2011. Please remind your local library, school, or church that they can purchase my books on Amazon.com and www.lulu.com.

Thank you for following my blog.

Sincerely,

David H. Troyer
